HOW TO TRACK AN ORDER


As soon as your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number so that you can follow it online. If you have an account, you can monitor the shipment directly from there.


HOW TO CHANGE AN ORDER

We can’t modify the content of an order that has already been confirmed. For this reason, if you want to change your purchase contact us: we will cancel the order you want to change and place a new order.


HOW TO CANCEL AN ORDER

You can cancel or return all orders within 14 days after delivery of the articles. To find out all the details, visit the section Returns and refunds .


PAYMENTS

You can pay in 3 different ways:

  • Credit Card : (Visa, Mastercard or American Express. The amount due will not be charged to your Credit Card until the moment when the item is being shipped.)
  • Paypal: (for shipments to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Spain, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Latvia, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Slovenia and Slovakia.)
  • Cash On Delivery : (for shipments to Italy the balance must not exceed €999.99; for shipments to France, the limit is €750.00.)
